Notice to SAG members:
SAGIndie has confirmed that the productions listed here have "pending" signatory status. This means that they have been sent the initial paperwork to begin the signatory process. It does not guarantee that they are signatory or will ever become signatory. Projects that are "pending" have not yet met all SAG requirements needed to obtain an "active" status, including the submission of the applicable signatory documents and valid workers compensation insurance. Any performer working on such projects does so at his or her own risk and subjects themselves to a Rule 1 violation.
It is the responsibility of every SAG member to confirm the signatory status of a production before providing any services. The signatory status of a producer can be checked by calling your local SAG office.
These casting notices are listed as a service to actors and producers interested in working on low-budget productions. Other than confirming the pending status, no background checks have taken place. SAG and SAGIndie assume no responsibility and cannot guarantee the legitimacy of these producers or productions.
